Tycie Horsley, MPP

President, Expanding Development

Tycie brings nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit development and a Master’s degree in Public Policy. She has successfully led fundraising teams at organizations like:

• FACETS, serving homeless and low-income individuals and families
• The Marshall Legacy Institute (MLI), supporting landmine-affected communities

Through her leadership, these organizations secured tens of millions in funding from public and private sources—including grants, donations, sponsorships, and events. Tycie launched Expanding Development to share her expertise and hands-on support with nonprofits ready to take their fundraising to the next level.
